| The University of Utah RSS News Feeds are managed by the University Marketing and Communications Office. Please contact the calendar administrator regarding any questions about the news feeds submission policies or terms of use. | |

What is the Submission Policy? The University of Utah's RSS News Feeds are covered by the guidelines established in the University of Utah's Information Resources Policy (PPM 1-15) and World Wide Web Resources Policy (PPM 1-16). | |
| Event feeds are generated from the University's Online Calendar of Events, so events must be submitted to the Calendar in order to be included in event feeds (once events are added to the online calendar they will automatically be included in the events feeds). | |
| News feeds can be submitted by any University college, department, program, office, or entity as long as they affirm that their content is current and updated regularly and is not in violation of the above mentioned policy and procedures. News feeds found to be old or out of date will be deleted. | |

What is the Submission Process? In order to have your RSS News Feed included in the list of available University of Utah feeds, e-mail the URL of the XML file, your department/organization name and contact information to the calendar administrator at calendar@ucomm.utah.edu. | |
